I think you would look good with shaven head, thick beard and NOT those sunglasses. Also might be because its a selfie, but either smile bright or keep a calm look, a halve-smile makes you look unsure of yourselfe which is another whole set of looks (together with posture) Also it is important what you wear, your clothes are a big part of how people perceive you and your personality. Ask yourselfe, what do i want people to think of me when they see me, first impressions are key (thats why uniforms for different jobs exist, so you can instantly recognise who someone "is")

From what I see here, your individual head shape kinda emphasizes the bald spots. I would try a different hair style AND let the facial hair grow a lot, to create a "counterweight" that draws the view away from the upper head. Try it out and stop at the beard length that you find comfortable, then get a trimmer to maintain that length. Best of luck!
